At the heart of my work is creating a calm, welcoming space where you can slow down and simply be. I offer integrative massage, sound healing, Reiki energy work, and meditation-based practices designed to help your body, breath, and energy settle naturally - without rushing or forcing anything.
After more than thirty years of working with people, I’ve come to trust that healing happens best when we listen. That means listening to your body, your nervous system, and what you’re needing in the moment. Each session is shaped by that - sometimes through massage, sometimes through energy work or sound, and sometimes through a blend. There’s no expectation to have a certain kind of experience. You can breathe, settle into the moment, and receive in whatever way feels right for you.
When I’m not working with clients, I’m often outside - tending my garden filled with fruits, vegetables, and flowers, wandering trails, hiking, beachcombing, bike riding, or spending time near the water. I also love creating art, which, like my healing work, allows space for intuition, creativity, and quiet presence. My personal practices of Qi Gong and yoga continue to shape how I move, breathe, and hold space - gently guiding every session I offer.
