These policies are here to support a smooth, respectful, and comfortable experience for everyone. Please take a moment to review them before booking your session. Thank you for your care and understanding.

Appointments

All services are offered by appointment only.

To schedule a session or ask any questions, please call or text Becky at 360.701.4183. I’m happy to help you find a time that works for you.

Payment Options

Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, debit, and credit cards.

Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards may be used for massage services, depending on your plan.

Please note that I do not bill insurance or provide insurance reimbursement services.

Arriving for Your Session

If this is your first visit, please plan to arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to complete a brief intake form.

We will take time at the beginning of your session to check in and design your treatment so it best supports your needs for that day.

Your session includes the full time booked, provided we are able to begin on time.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to honor the next appointment and allow time to properly clean and reset the space. Session fees remain the same unless alternative arrangements have been discussed in advance.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee.

That time has been reserved especially for you, and short-notice cancellations are difficult to fill. I understand that illness and unexpected situations can arise - please reach out, and we can discuss your circumstances.

Session Packages

Packages are designed to support consistency and ongoing care, and may be used within the following timeframes:

3 sessions: valid for 3 months
6 sessions: valid for 6 months
12 sessions: valid for 12 months

If you are unable to complete your package and request a refund, sessions already used will be applied at the regular single-session rate. Any remaining balance will be refunded accordingly.

Professional Care & Boundaries

All services are therapeutic, professional, and offered in a safe, respectful environment. Clear communication and mutual respect are essential to this work. I reserve the right to end a session or decline future services if boundaries are not respected.
